3. Is it really biodegradable?

4. Is it safe for my cat?

Absolutely. No plastic, no toxins, and zero confusing assembly instructions. Just clean, recyclable cardboard engineered for maximum feline satisfaction.

5. What’s this Golden Ticket I’ve heard about?

One lucky human will discover a Golden Ticket hidden inside their Laptop Litter Box™. The finder’s cat becomes the official face of our 2026 global campaign — whiskers, fame, and all. The ticket is a shimmering slip marked “CONFIDENTIAL.” If you find it contact Purr Support immediately. 

6. What if my cat ignores it?

That’s normal. They’re the boss. Give them 24 hours and an audience — curiosity is a corporate policy at Whisktech HQ.

7. Where is Whisktech HQ based?

Officially, New Zealand. Unofficially, wherever a cat is blocking a laptop keyboard.

8. Do you offer refunds or replacements?

Yes. If your product arrives damaged or not up to scratch (literally), our Purr Support™ team will make it right — quickly, kindly, and without requiring a PowerPoint.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently shipping NZ-wide only. Global rollout January 2026 — pending cat sign-off and customs clearance of the Golden Ticket.
